Resolve your Grade Center (Gradebook) error by clearing your Cache and Cookies.
If you receive a loading error when working in your Grade Center it is usually resolved by clearing your browser’s Cache and Cookies as well as using one of our recommended browsers: Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
