Several Blackboard tools are available by default, while others must be made available by you.
There are many tools in Blackboard. Several are available by default, while others must be made available by the faculty for them to appear in the course.
To make a tool available:
- In the left menu, navigate to Customization in the Control Panel, and select Tool Availability.
- Locate the tool that you want to make available and check the boxes corresponding to the tool. Note that some will have more than one check box.
- Click the Submit button to save your changes.
