The AI Roundtable Series is a monthly digital roundtable where faculty have the opportunity to share their perspectives on AI in higher education. Our goal is to provide a space for constructive learning and conversation. At the end of this three-month series, we will provide a written report of learned insights to the campus AI task force.

March’s Topic

As AI grows increasingly sophisticated and prevalent in our daily lives, how can you create assignments that mitigate AI use? In this session, we’ll discuss types of assignments you can create and how you can reimagine existing assignments to decrease the likelihood of AI use. Faculty will also have the opportunity to share their insights on what has worked (and what hasn’t) and other concerns regarding AI use in the classroom.
