It is a good idea to back up your session files to a location other than just your receiver from time to time.  USB storage devices, like the receiver, are easily lost or damaged. We recommend an online storage location like OneDrive or iCloud for this so that if your hard drive is ever damaged your files are still safe.

  1. Plug in your PointSolutions Reciever.
  2. Browse to the location of the removable drive in your File Manager.
  3. Open your PointSolutions folder and click on the Sessions folder to open it.
  4. On your keyboard, click CTRL and to select all of your session files.
  5. On your keyboard, click CTRL and C to copy the files.
  6. Browse to a new location on your computer or in an online file storage location like OneDrive or iCloud.
  7. Right-click on the white space below your files in the File Manager and choose New and then Folder.
  8. Type the name of your new folder, for instance, “Backed Up Sessions.”
  9. Click somewhere in the white space again to finalize your name selection.
  10. Double-click on the new folder.
  11. On your keyboard, click CTRL and V to paste the session files.

Your files are now backed up!
