If you ever have a student who seems to be correctly registered on the PointSolutions instructor website but who is not showing up as registered in your software then you may need to update your course.  These steps will show you just how to do that.

  1. Open your PointSolutions software.
  2. Click the Manage tab.
    Click on Manage tab
  3. Click on the name of your class on the left.
  4. Click Update.
