If you receive an error message when logging in to Blackboard try resetting your password.
If you are having trouble logging into any University of Arkansas online services, reset your password.
If you are unable to access your account even after updating your password, contact the IT Help Desk.
Go to password.uark.edu and click on Change Your Password
If you know your password enter it and if not click Forgot My Password. This link will lead you through the steps of verifying your account and resetting your password.
