Wireless Screensharing: Using Crestron AirMedia

Some conference rooms on campus have wireless projection capabilities using the Crestron AirMedia touchscreen panel.  If you are in a standard classroom, you can use mirroring360!

Note instructions may vary slightly in some rooms. Not sure if your room has this feature? Call Classroom support to discuss options!

On a Windows Machine

1. On your device, connect to UARK Wi-Fi using your @uark.edu email address.
2. In any browser, enter in the URL or IP address listed next to “Visit” on the in room computer.
3. Click Start Presenting.
   
4. At the bottom, click Windows.
   
5. In the bottom left click the AirMedia downloaded .exe file.
   
6. Click Agree.
   
7. Click Ok.
   
   
8. Close the Crestron AirMedia App.
   
9. Refresh your browser.
10. Click Start Presenting.
    
11. Click Open Crestron AirMedia.
    
12. Enter the code listed next to Code on the screen.
13. Click the Disconnect icon to stop presenting.
    

On a Mac

1. Connect to UARK Wi-Fi using your @uark.edu email address.
2. In any browser, enter in the URL or IP address listed next to “Visit.”
3. Click Start Presenting.
   
4. At the bottom, click Mac.
   
5. If prompted, click Allow.
   
6. Click on and run the AirMedia .dmg file from your downloads.
   
7. Drag and drop the Crestron AirMedia app to your desktop.
   
8. Run the Crestron AirMedia app.
9. If prompted, click Open.
10. Click Agree.
    
11. Click Ok.
    
12. Close the Crestron AirMedia app.
13. Refresh your browser.
14. Click Start Presenting.
    
15. If prompted, click Allow.
16. Enter the code listed next to Code.
17. In the top right corner you should have a presentation icons
     or
    Click the icon (If you have the toggle icon, also click Screen Mirroring.)
18. Click the receiver’s name.
19. Enter the code listed next to Code
20. Click Ok.
    
21. To disconnect, click the disconnect icon.
