In Blackboard Learn Ultra it is possible to make changes to tests and test questions after they have been created.
Before students open an assessment, you can edit or delete test questions as well as adjust their point values. Once the test has been accessed and submissions have been made only certain kinds of changes can be made.
Note: If you edit a question in a question pool, the edits appear everywhere the question is used.
