Did you know that you can transfer your Collaborate Recordings to Kaltura for permanent storage?

  1. Navigate to your Blackboard Learn course.
  2. In the left menu of your course, click the … to the right of the Collaborate Ultra tool.
    Click the three dots
  3. Click View all recordings.
    Click View all Recordings
  4. You will see a list of all your Collaborate recordings. Click on the circle with the … next to the recording you want to download.

  5. Click Download.
    Click Download
  6. Rename the File and Save it. It is always good to include a recording date in the title.

  7. To upload the recording to Kaltura, navigate to your Institutional landing page, and Click Tools
    Click Tools
  8. Click Kaltura My Media.
    Select Kaltura My Media
  9. Click Create.
    Click Create
  10. Click Upload.f
    Click Upload
  11. Click Select Files or Drag & Drop your file in the dashed area.

  12. The file will process and will be available in your Kaltura My Media to share with your class.
