At times it may be necessary for an instructor to download a new copy of PointSolutions because of technical problems with the current installation or version of the software.

  1. Insert your receiver into your computer.
  2. Go to the clicker website and sign in with your UARK ID and password.
  3. Click on the Downloads button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  4. Click on the Download button next to either PointSolutions desktop (PC-No Install) or PointSolutions desktop (Mac).
  5. Open the location to which you saved the file and double-click the PointSolutions file.
  6. Click the “” button next to the file location path.
  7. Browse to Computer or Devices and click the USB drive then click OK.  Click Unzip.
  8. Click OK.
