At times it may be necessary for an instructor to download a new copy of PointSolutions because of technical problems with the current installation or version of the software.
- Insert your receiver into your computer.
- Go to the clicker website and sign in with your UARK ID and password.
- Click on the Downloads button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click on the Download button next to either PointSolutions desktop (PC-No Install) or PointSolutions desktop (Mac).
- Open the location to which you saved the file and double-click the PointSolutions file.
- Click the “…” button next to the file location path.
- Browse to Computer or Devices and click the USB drive then click OK. Click Unzip.
- Click OK.
