How do we login to the ALP? Must we create an account first? Does that account need to be unique to everything else we do? Is Single Sign on supported for this login? Trying to follow the instructions in the link provided and it is still kind of confusing on what we are actually supposed to do to get logged in successfully. I tried logging in with my UARK credentials and it does not recognize me.
Some institutions create user accounts directly in Echo360, allowing users to register their accounts and establish their own logins to Echo360.
If you have a direct login to Echo360 (you log in through the Echo360 browser page) and ever need to change your Echo360 password, there are two methods to doing so:
Use the Forgot your password? link, located below the fields on the main Echo360 login page
Use the Account Settings page and click CHANGE for the password field.
If you access Echo360 through an institution portal or a learning management system (i.e., you do not log directly into Echo360 through the web page) see the section below on creating an Echo360 password.
The Account Settings page is located in the Settings menu, accessed by clicking the Settings icon located in the top right corner of the Echo360 window.
I apologize for the delay in responding to your comment.
The logins for Echo 360 ALP are created by the Admin for Echo360. Faculty/staff can email him at ftc@uark.edu with their name and the course and that they are requesting an account for echo360 ALP.
Thanks,
