On October 20, 2021, over 80 University of Arkansas employees came together to spark ideas and innovation for online teaching. Global Campus hosted this virtual event to unite U of A educators to join in a day of learning and sharing ideas and expertise. There were two tracks of topics designed for online program coordinators, online instructors, and those who want to incorporate online learning tools and strategies in their face-to-face courses.
Topics focused on developing and improving online learning through design, student and faculty engagement, the use of learning technology and media, and the implementation of faculty peer-proven techniques. Global Campus staff shared best practices and insights gained from academic departments, national organizations, and industry partners.
