There are tools within Blackboard for communicating with your students such as announcements and messages.

How can I meet with my students online?

You have access to two different web conferencing options: Class and Zoom. You can use these to meet with your whole class or a single student and both give you the option to record the session so that you can share it with your students later. For more ease with scheduling there is also this online scheduling tool you can try.

You can create and manage groups in Blackboard using the Groups tool or by manually assigning students based on project goals or skill levels.

How can I use Blackboard to assess my students?

You can assess your students in Blackboard using tools like Assignments, Tests, and Discussion Boards to measure learning in different ways. Use the Grade Center to track progress and provide timely feedback.
